ai-forordning.dk uses no cookies. We do not store or access information on your device, so we do not ask for cookie consent, there is simply nothing to consent to.
We use no statistics, analytics or tracking of any kind. There is no Google Analytics, no Tag Manager, no third-party tracking scripts and no advertising networks. We build no profiles and share no information with anyone.
All resources on the site (fonts, stylesheets and scripts) are hosted on our own domain. Your browser therefore contacts no third parties (not even Google Fonts) when you use ai-forordning.dk, and no information about you is sent off-site.
For operational and security reasons, our web host keeps ordinary server logs that may contain your IP address, the time of the visit and your browser type. This information is used solely for technical operation and troubleshooting, is not shared, and is retained only briefly by the host. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure and stable operation (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
The site requires no account, login or registration, has no contact form, and does not itself collect personal data about you. Links that lead to CisScan are where any contact would take place, under CisScan's own privacy policy.
The site links to EUR-Lex, danskret.dk and cisscan.com, among others. These sites have their own privacy policies, for which we are not responsible.
Under the GDPR you have the right to, among other things, access, rectification and erasure of any personal data we may process about you. As we do not collect personal data, we normally hold none about you. You may complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency, Datatilsynet (datatilsynet.dk).
